These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of teas and infusions offered on www.spiritus-mundi.fr .

2. Price
Prices are shown in euros including VAT, excluding delivery charges.

3. Orders
All orders imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment
Payment is secure and can be made by credit card or via the solutions offered by Shopify.

5. Delivery
Products are delivered in France and Europe. Average delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.

6. Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
⚠️ Exception: opened or unsealed food products (opened tea bags) are not accepted for return.

7. Responsibility
Spiritus Mundi cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure.

8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the French courts.
