White citrus, airy freshness. Pomelo flower infused overnight on a high mountain black tea.

A bright, subtle, and balanced black tea. On the palate, the attack is soft and clean, then opens up to a white floral note, fresh and slightly ethereal. No bitterness.

Natural Impregnation

Fresh pomelo flowers, placed on the tea overnight, removed the next morning. What's in your cup is the tea and the flower. Nothing else.

Hot Preparation:

First infusion: 3 to 4 min at 95 °C — full body, bright and expressive floral notes.

Second infusion: 5 to 6 min — softer profile, melted floral notes, great elegance.

Cold Preparation:

Dose: 2g for 50 cl of cold water.

Time: 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator.

The pomelo flower expresses itself differently: lighter, more airy, almost crystalline.
