Notes of honey and wild apricot. Osmanthus flower infused overnight on a high-mountain black tea.
A soft, round, and enveloping black tea. On the palate, the attack is silky, then opens to a golden floral note, soft and slightly fruity. No bitterness.

Natural infusion
Fresh osmanthus flowers, placed on the tea overnight, removed the next morning. What's in your cup is the tea and the flower. Nothing else.

Hot preparation
First infusion: 3 to 4 min at 95 °C — floral sweetness, roundness and depth.
Second infusion: 5 to 6 min — softer profile, melted floral, great elegance.

Cold preparation
2g for 50 cl of cold water. 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator. Osmanthus expresses itself differently — softer, naturally sweeter, almost amber.

Quantity
100g will accompany you for 25 liters — the leaves accept a second infusion for even more finesse.
