Hot preparation
First infusion: 2 to 3 min at 80 °C, mineral and fresh.
Second infusion: 3 to 4 min, a softer profile, great delicacy.

Quantity
100g will make 25 litres, with the leaves allowing a second infusion for even more subtlety.
