 Floral and enveloping. A fragrance so precious that in China, women once slipped michelia flowers into their hair or against their vests to perfume themselves throughout the day.
A delicate and luminous green tea. On the palate, the michelia's fragrance expresses itself with a rare floral sweetness, slightly sugary, almost ethereal. No bitterness.

Natural Infusion
Fresh michelia flowers, placed on the tea overnight, removed the next morning. What's in your cup is the tea and the flower. Nothing else.

Hot Preparation
First infusion: 2 to 3 min at 80 °C, delicate floral, sweetness and lightness.
Second infusion: 3 to 4 min, softer profile, melted floral, great delicacy.

Cold Preparation
2g for 50 cl of cold water. 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator. When cold, the michelia's fragrance becomes more subtle, almost a whisper.

Quantity
100g will last for 25 litres, as the leaves can be re-infused for even more refinement.
